HOMEGATE MORTGAGE, LLC ANNOUNCES
EXPANSION
WEST CHESTER, 0H, July 20, 2005 -
HomeGate Mortgage is expanding with a
five year lease at its home office off
Union Centre Boulevard exit in West
Chester, Ohio. The home office now
houses 25 associates in sales,
operations, and marketing.
In addition to the home office, HomeGate
has opened satellite offices in Apollo
Beach, Florida, and in Northern Kentucky
at 4150 Alexandria Pike, #119, in Cold
Spring, near Northern Kentucky
University. These offices will help
provide superior service to customers in
Kentucky and Florida. Additionally,
HomeGate is now licensed to serve
borrowers in Indiana.
The expansion comes on the heels of a
record month in June. “We are proud of
the company we have built,” commented
HomeGate President, Mike Mutlu. “Our
growth reflects the fact that we earn
