GROWTH
WEST CHESTER, 0H, December 9, 2005 -
HomeGate Mortgage posted its sixth
record month in a row of growth in loan
production, despite increases in
interest rates during this period.
In addition to record growth, HomeGate
Mortgage has established itself as a
trusted name in the community since its
inception over a year ago by two former
bank executives. This was recognized by
and rewarded with membership in the
Better Business Bureau. “85% of
Americans prefer doing business with a
BBB member,” according to Jocile
Ehrlich, President of BBB in Greater
Cincinnati. It is “one of the most
recognized and respected organizations
in the world.”
HomeGate Mortgage continues to sponsor
worthwhile community organizations and
initiatives. Last week former Cincinnati
Bengal Tim McGee opened McGee’s Courts 4
Sports on Reading Road in Mason, Ohio,
to foster participatory sports for
youths and adults. HomeGate Mortgage
sponsored seating for 100 people at one
of their NBA-sized basketball courts.

Mark Homan, who joins the firm as Chief
Financial Officer. Homan has extensive
experience as a financial executive and
business owner over the past thirty
years.
